Tonight, Keith and I were having an animated discussion about something or other at the kitchen table, when I suddenly realized that Zeke had been running at full speed in circles around the table, yelling "HOOOOOONK! HOOOOOOONK!" at the top of his lungs for the last several minutes, and neither of us had noticed.
Funny what you can learn to tune out.
